When the ocean dreams is one of my first series working with the multiple exposures technique. During years the sea was a kind of unresolved matter in my trips photographing the natural world. But once my archive used to have mountains, rivers, forests and deserts, my mind always wondered when I would be ready to grasp a different atmosphere when photographing the sea. It was difficult to see the ocean and trying not to photograph all those things I had seen so many times. The multiple exposures technique and a new way of looking at that I had in front of my eyes, let me create a portfolio totally different than my former images done by the sea. A work took me two years to complete and shows the sea can be precious and intimate without the need to be spectacular. A portfolio to see beyond the appearances.
